Remedy Healthcare
Weight Loss Clinic
Remedy Health Care now offers a weight loss clinic on Fridays. This is a cash based program and is $100 for your initial visit with the Nurse Practitioner and $50 for follow up visits. The cost of the medication is separate and as follows:

Semaglutide
- 0.25 mg: $30
- 0.5 mg: $40
- 1 mg: $50
- 1.7 mg: $65
- 2.4 mg: $75
Tirzepatide
- 2.5 mg: $60
- 5 mg: $80
- 7.5 mg: $100
- 10 mg: $140
- 12.5 mg: $175
- 15 mg: $200
Requirements:
- BMI >25 with co-morbidities
- BMI > 27 with NO comorbidities
- Patients ages 65 and older will need approval from their Primary care provider
- Those with other chronic disease may require approval from their PCP (at the discretion of our MD and NP)
